TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO REVIVA.SHOP SUBSCRIPTION PLANS


The parties to this instrument are, on the one hand, NRV Bonfim, a legally constituted company, headquartered in Campo Grande – MS – Brazil, registered with the CNPJ/MF under number 22.396.607/0001-75, hereinafter simply identified as NRVtec and, on the other hand, the individual or legal entity identified in the electronic registration by its Virtual Shopping Plan store user – campograndepop.shop, hereinafter simply identified as STOREKEEPER,

1. SUBJECT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The purpose of this instrument is to establish the terms and conditions of the contract entered into between NRVtec and the RETAILER for the use of all technological infrastructure and respective functionalities that make up the virtual shopping center ecosystem (marketplace) identified by the internet address https://reviva.shop and by the RevivaShop mobile application, made available through the online stores Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1.1 The information in this term is available to the RETAILER on the website https://reviva.shop/terms-and-conditions.

2. SUBSCRIPTION USER

NRVtec will grant the RETAILER a “Retailer User” to identify the RETAILER with the NRVtec Customer Service, which will be a personal and non-transferable name created from the root of a valid e-mail address provided by the RETAILER during the subscription. The RETAILER can find it after confirming the order and when the Products/Services are sent to the RETAILER.

3. DELIVERY

The delivery of Products/Services related to the activation of the RETAILER’s online store will take place within 5 (five) business days from the date of contracting.

3.1. In order for the start date for delivery of Products/Services to be observed, the RETAILER must provide all personal and address details in full:

Full name;
CPF/CNPJ;
Name of the company, when applicable;
Street (e.g.: street, avenue, square, etc.);
Property number;
Any additional information (e.g.: apartment, house, back, etc.);
Neighborhood;
ZIP code;
City;
State;
Valid email;

4. CONTRACTING, PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS

The RETAILER must contract through the NRVtec website, at https://reviva.shop/plans-and-signatures, where all available Subscription Plans will be listed, as well as their specific conditions, which are part of these Terms of Use.

4.1. The RETAILER must choose the Subscription Plan they wish to contract, and its specific conditions (Values, Deadlines, Payment Conditions, etc.) listed on the website will become an integral and inseparable part of this instrument.

4.2. The RETAILER expressly declares and guarantees, for all legal purposes:

(I) that they have the legal capacity to enter into this instrument and to use the Product/Service;

(II) that they acknowledge that this instrument is formalized, binding the parties, with the contractual confirmation, which will be done by clicking on the space reserved for this purpose on the NRVtec website.

4.3. As consideration for the purpose of this contract, the RETAILER must pay NRVtec the amount corresponding to the Plan contracted, according to the option chosen at the time of purchase and in effect at the time of purchase.

4.4. The payment method will be chosen by the RETAILER from among those listed on the website for the chosen Plan, which will also include the frequency of the charge and any applicable penalties.

5. DATABASE

THE RETAILER acknowledges that, upon contracting a Product/Service subscription, the same becomes part of NRVtec’s database, through which it may receive information from NRVtec and other reputable companies with which it has a relationship. If the RETAILER is not interested in receiving this information, the RETAILER has the right to object, by simply notifying Customer Service at suporte@nrvtec.shop.

5.1. The inviolability and confidentiality of all its RETAILERS’ registration data are guaranteed by NRVtec. All of your information is stored within the strictest security criteria in NRVtec’s database and is treated in accordance with applicable legislation. Under no circumstances will personal information be provided to third parties not related to the provision of services, which are the object of this instrument, only generic data used for sending direct mail, e-mail, newsletters, logistics services for collecting and delivering products and as long as authorized by the RETAILER.

6. RETAILER SERVICE.

NRVtec provides the RETAILER with Customer Service and makes the following contact channels available:

d) Operating hours (days and times): Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm

7. TERM

This instrument is entered into for an indefinite period, according to the plan option chosen by the RETAILER on the NRVtec website, and may be terminated at any time, with prior notice from the parties 30 (thirty) days in advance.

8. PROMOTIONAL PLANS

Promotional plans will be valid under different conditions and terms, established at their launch, and are subject to the general conditions of this Term of Use where applicable.

8.1. If the RETAILER is not interested in continuing with his/her subscription, he/she may simply contact Customer Service through the website nrvtec.shop/fale-conosco, or by email contato@reviva.shop.

9. CANCELLATION

NRVtec guarantees the RETAILER the possibility of canceling this instrument at any time, upon prior notice by the RETAILER via email contato@reviva.shop, and subsequent refund of the amount proportional to the Products/Services not yet received, if applicable.

10. TERMINATION

The subscription may be canceled and this instrument terminated in the event of a breach of contract, if the offending party does not correct the breach after notification.

10.1. If the RETAILER does not pay the amount due within the period stipulated in the notification to be sent by NRVtec, this instrument may be terminated with the immediate suspension of the delivery of the Products/Services.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any changes that impact the financial burden of the RETAILER will be made with prior notice to the RETAILER, who may express his/her agreement by any available means, renegotiate such changes or either party may denounce the RETAILER if they do not reach an agreement.

12. JURISDICTION

The RETAILER is guaranteed the right, if necessary, to appeal to the Court of the District of Campo Grande MS Brazil, for any doubts and questions arising from this instrument.

13. REGISTRATION

This instrument is registered with the CDT – Center for Studies and Distribution of Titles and Documents of Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, under number 933,736.
